We live in the era of Pop-Up stores... everything is transient ... on the go ... and at times .. incredibly beautiful just like this "Pop-Up" restaurant .. on top of Le Palais de Tokyo in Paris... it seats 12 people .. and it provides a gorgeous view of the Seine and the Eiffel tower ...
